Chickpea Curry

This recipe was made by throwing what was left in the house together.

Chickpea and Sweet Potato is a match made in Heaven.

Chickpeas are high in Fiber, Protein, and Healthy Fats and have a Low GI.

Sweet Potatoes are rich in Vitamins and Minerals, including Vitamin A, Vitamin C, Potassium, Fiber, and Zinc.
