This is such a warming, delicious, nutritious and filling meal. A favourite in our house, especially on a cold grey day, this is soul hugging food.

Marsha is quite like me as we don’t really measure what we cook we just throw it in, the video shows the amount we cooked, so depending on how much your cooking you would alter the amount.
Marsha chopped the veg quite big, I would usually do smaller chunks when I asked her why she said so it can stay whole even after cooked and won’t break easily when being stirred around.
