Plantian Crunch

I love Kelewele and this dish is inspired by that, I didn’t have all the ingredients indoors so had to through something down with what I did have

This is a nice snack on its own or with food on side we had this with a peanut stew I added the plain crunch on top of the stew with rice, and Rodney liked to snack on it through out the day

You can keep this in fridge for few days, if the lasts that long 🙂 once cooked
